CCV is a one-story building with everything on ONE LEVEL (meaning no stairs or elevators). The studio styled apartments (shown above) or the larger one-bedroom suites all come with a private bath, and can be decorated however the resident desires. Housekeeping and maintenance are provided. House phones are available throughout the building for the convenience of the residents.

Located throughout the building are several lounges for visiting, relaxing, reading, or just plain "quiet time" in addition to our comfortable, homey front foyer in which sits our very relaxing and beautiful bird aviary. The CCV library is stocked with many books and videos, including many of the newest editions dropped off by the local public library, for the resident's pleasure.

The Sts. Joachim & Anne Chapel provides a place for residents, staff, and visitors of all faiths to worship, pray, and meditate. After you nourish your soul, nourish your body in our conveniently-located Dining Room where we offer 3 home-styled meals per day along with a 24-hour Juice & Beverage Bar.

Our Activity Rooms offer the opportunity for mental and physical stimulation via a variety of nationally-recognized activities including arts & crafts projects, interesting and entertaining programs, and game-playing.

Need your laundry done? Then take advantage of our free on-site laundry facilities. Need to get spruced up for that special outing? Then take advantage of our on-site Beauty / Barber Shop. Need to conduct some banking business? Then stop by our on-site location for Citizen's Financial Bank.

We also offer an on-site office for visiting medical doctors, podiatrists, home health agencies, etc.

The Village is part of the 40 acre Carmelite Campus and is surrounded by expansive lovely grounds that include gardens, wooded paths, and serene shrines that dot the landscape, providing a tranquil "back yard" for residents and a wonderful space for hobbies such as bird-watching, walking, outdoor games, gardening, and improving those tricky golf shots (we are just down the street from the Carriage Greens Golf Course).

We have four different covered patios for those that choose to just sit, relax, and enjoy the outdoor scenery. CCV is centrally located to major expressways for easy access. Residents are free to come and go as they wish; many have their own vehicles, and those who do not often utilize our Village Bus which is used for weekly shopping trips and other group outings.
